would a t28 that has this specs preform nicely on a stanz with just some porting and polishing?

if i would go with this one i would have to buy 2 coz this is a twin turbo set and then i would just sell one or something and the price is around AU$2000

did it come off a stock setup? coz the only car i know comes with it is the s15.. which is not twin turbo..

if u go t28, you also have some sorta exhast manifold in mind.
evoIII 16g will run any t28. Responsive. 300+hp / 300+tq to the wheels regularly on the vr4 motor. $550usd brand new complete turbo.
may worth considering
