Hi guys,
Is there any differences between the strut assembly of narrow or wide body Starion? Im only concerned about the first 100mm of the struts from the bottom, the axel, ball joint and steering arm area. I want to compare 5 stud euro import narrow to 5 stuff US import wide
Cheers

The stub axles are at different angles due to different suspension arm lengths.

I did a comparison on this some time ago....
Yes, as stated by RT the stub axles are different in the angle. They appear to be the same part but bent from factory to allow for the difference in angle of the spindle.
Other components which are different between the wb & nb are the radius/camber rods & bracket, control arms, steering knuckles and outer tie rod ends.
Front shocks are slightly longer in length on the wb while everything else is virtually the same!

thanks for the info guys.
Can anyone comment on the "Mookeeh MK1 Ajustable Front Lower Control Arms" for sale on ebay at the moment whether they are good for a wide body? I know there is a cm or two difference in the arms between a narrow and wide, but these just don't quite look long enough by eye for a wide. Perhaps they make up the difference in the adjustability?
