One for the spark plug reading gurus

I'm interested to know what the spark plug gurus think of the plugs in the picture below.. they are not off a turbo car. What can you tell about what's happening in this engine?

Not a guru but no 3 seems to have too much fuel OR bad rings letting oil into the CC

Na... looks like the spark went out... broken lead? Is is COP ignition? :beer

engine is a standard 4g61.. no COP..
I have a spare set of leads, so I can replace the lead.. but even if that's part of the problem, it's not the whole problem.
Another piece to the puzzle.. dry compression on cylinders.. 178, ZERO, 175, 189 (that spark plug is number 2 cylinder)
popped a little engine oil down the hole and comp still shows as nil..
further thoughts from this additional information?

Then... bad rings, bent/kracked/burnt valve(-s) or fu**ed piston.

If oil didn't help the compression, its likely a problem with the valves/head or gasket.
P.S. your number 4, top of the pic, is running just right lol.

Thanks everyone! Much appreciated.
Given that I'm still working towards getting my Starion back on the road, I think this will have to run as a 1200cc 3 banger for the time being. Am I doing it more damage by driving it around on 3 cylinders? There have been no overheating or oil issues so far
