Just wondering if any of you who have done this, have had any drama's with engineer certification?

There was some talk about Willwoods not being approved due to the lack of dust covers/seals???around the pistons.
Hopefully there is someone that can confirm if that is true or not.

It will depend on your engineer, best to speak to your local engineer.
I use to think like Rad that the Wilwoods weren't street legal because they don't have dust seals but it's simply because they build them for track use and don't have DOT approval. There are approved calipers that don't have dust seals, AP being one, there are also OEM calipers that don't have dust seals.

Not true in NSW Bao.
Down here it is because you need to use calipers with the dust seals.
John & Shannon have them on their cars, John 4 stud, Shannon 5 stud.
I can supply the Dust Boot Calipers, but they are a little bit more exp than the normal ones listed here for the conversion.

This is why the sooner every states adopt NCOP the better, as vehicles without dust boots would technically be unroadworthy based on NSW laws yet pass ADRs.
