TC05/TD05 Exhaust Housings

Here's a pic of the exhaust housings for the TC05/TD05.
The one on the left has the 080 markings with 8cm2 housing and the one on the right is the 060 with 6cm2 housing.
Take note of the difference in thickness. Both housings have the 49/50mm turbine wheel.

The TC06 has the same 080/8cm2 exhaust housing but the turbine wheel is larger at approx. 65mm
On the 2.6L motor I find there is considerable lag with the TC06 set up and 17C wheel (nearly equivalent to a big 16G). This includes a 3inch dump and exhaust.
I think I will try another combo with the TD05 8cm2 exhaust housing, the core of small 16G compressor wheel with a starion compressor wheel housing machined out.
That with max. boost at 12/13psi (before cut out) should give me back the quick response I had with the small turbo but no top end.
If that fails, then I will try the EVO turbos with 7cm2 exhaust housings....sticking with Mitsu turbos at this stage!
