Yup it does. Although there are two different ones, a 225 and 240mm.
The 225mm ones were on cars up to 87, and the 240mm ones on 88-89 cars iirc.
Im running a 240mm alloy fidanza one on my twincam 4g63

I'm also running the 240mm Fidanza on a 4G63 and very happy with it.

My son runs one of my Starion flywheels in his 84 Sigma track car. He runs a 4G54 wide block & a KM132 box. It bolted straight up to the crank, starter motor ring gear all OK, & the exedy clutch plate fitted also. The Starion flywheel is about half the weight of the original Sigma flywheel.
