Hi All

Iam currently reconditioning a couple of Differentials and they all seem to have a worn spline between the Diferrential and Torque tube.

Is there anywhere i can by replacement splines? both the one on the Diff and in the torque tube?

You could try Mitsubishi but my guess will be you'll have more chance of finding rocking horse poop.

Other option is custom made, cnc machined or similar. But that would equal a fair amount of design time and cost.

Thanks for the ideas Alpos and Redzone.

I thought it would of been a long shot but I had to try.

Ill speak to the local machine shop and see wha they believe the best option is to repair.

Long ago, there was a posting on starquestclub.com about using a mighty max (L200) pinion flange and doing away with the torque tube. I searched but couldn't find it.
