What size intercooler pipe do you guy's use on ya front mounts?

I've got 60mm stainless pipes.. but that was just because i happen to get a nice piece of pipe for free.

Seems to work fine though.

Best bet would be to match in the intercooler pipe diameter to the diameter of the intercooler inlet and outlet.

wot he said, but id say max 2.5"
my inlet and outlet are 2.5" and the ja intake has the same circumference as a 2.5" round pipe ie the rubber hose joiner will fit perfectly onto one.

2.25" for me as well but had to get 3 down to 2.25" silicon adaptor boots for the IC outlets and they wern't cheap.

sounds like 2.5" for me, i have been using 2" but i thing this might be a bit restrictive

using 2 inch alumminum piping..seems to work great

i surpose if you use 2.5" it will have great flow, if you use 2" it will have higher velocity :?

The rule of thumb is...

Turbo to cooler - dia of turbo outlet
Cooler to TB - dia of TB
