Intermitent stalling problem

Hi Guys, I need some help with this problem I'm having with my 85 JB. The stalling problem seems to happen intermitently. After extensive checking of my airflow meter, injectors and harnesses, Throttle Position Sensor, Idle Speed Control and fuel pump. I have not found a remedy to this problem.

I drove my car today about 15km and got to my destination and left the car for about 15 min. Got in the car and started driving 3 km later the car felt flat and seconds later it would not go under acceleration and I heard a misfire. I have pulled over a car park and left the car there for about an hour and a half. When I got back I started the car and the revs seem to be stuck at 1500rpm. I managed to drive my car back to my home which is about 26km. The car had not stalled on me. The rev is still stuck at 1500rpm when I arrived.

Would this be anything to do with boost? This stalling probelm seems to happen each time the car drives well.

although you say youve checked it, it does sound like your airflow meter is playing up... try unplugging it and see what your car has to say about that :? i had a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad AFM clip
