Which exhaust manifold

Ive got a td05 that im running on my dash, ive been thinking though which manifold would be better for the turbo? Would i be better off using the split pulse housing or using the starion one and porting the hole to match the turbine?

Bau you will need a proper split pulse manifold if you want to get the benefit of a SP/TS turbo.Imho there is zero benefit to be gained by useing a SP turbo on a non SP manifold.

Hey Rad,
Ive got the older td05 which isnt split pulse, but the port is bigger than either the dash split pulse manifold or the starion one.

Then just machine the manifold to suit the turbo

So you are saying a machined starion manifold will be better than using the dash one?

i use a older td0hh 16g from a evo 3 on a stock staz manifold , it sufferd down low b4 i ported the manifold , once its port matched theese turbos r the ideal choice for a stock or even mildly modified stazz 8 valve engine
only down side is with the stock tbi ,when ya crank the bost above 12psi they really scream and stugle to push a good volume of air into ya engine

Never, just port match the dash on and you will be smiling.
