Definately sounds like an ignition problem.

Is the injector resistor plugged in, clean terminals, etc?
Perhaps the unit has gone bung...?
Oh, you'll find it near the air cleaner on the inner guard or on the back side of the radiator support panel (behind/under the air cleaner)

You'll need a multimeter to test the resistance...and I'll have to dig up the details in my workshop manual.

if it's the stock tbi setup, and cylinders 2 and 3 are getting fuel, i wouldn't think it'd have anything to do with the injectors..?

I agree If it is running on 2 cylinders only & it's a stock inlet manifold then it won't be the injectors so I would think that it must be an ignition problem so may i suggest that you make sure that the base tining is spot on ,leads in right fireing order , buy a new dissy cap & points .
You can remove no 1 & 4 plugs and ground then and crank motor to see if you are getting any spark

As alpos stated is the leads in the right firing order and is you dizzy in the right spot, it could be a tooth out.
