widebody springs/normal struts

Post by someguy »

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if widebody springs will go on 'normal' struts?

'starion4me' has them for sale on here & seems to think they will. I don't see why they would be different myself, just seeking re-assurance I guess.

Ive got some lowered narrow body springs in my widey and they fit fine, so I would guess the same would be true for swapping the other way.

I don't know if they will or not, would say they would. But bad news is I have bought the springs, just waiting for him to get back from Japan to pay him and have them shipped. Sorry

What is the difference between the two? And why so many differences?

the differences if any would be from the following.
-Widebody models are a bit heavier
-Widebody front struts are slightly longer then narrowbody struts

Rear struts are interchangale from Flatty to Widey so the rears would fit. Fronts i dont know.
-JA Starion with JD bits , Forged engine, Heaps of mods (parked up)
-BFII XR6 Turbo Ute , Here comes 400hp for 2k :p
-77 Mazda 323 drag car. 13bt rotary project.

Yes i have too many toys.
