you'll need all the normal things you need to install an intercooler into any other car.. pipes & intercooler, the rest of the mounting bits is up to what you want to use.
p.s. unless your talking about a starion called "kit" those 2 words just never appear in the same sentence unless the words "doesn't exist" are in there as well rofl

You could source a US one along with all the pipework and with a bit of patience it should fit up ok. Or buy a cooler, pipework, elbows etc and construct it yourself. And you're probably going to need someone to weld if you go the custom route.

Or you could get all the piping, and silicon hoses, and not have them welded. It isn't very pretty but it works.
I will have to sell my intercooler setup on the widebody once the stuff comes out. Still a couple months away from that though.

Hey., i've got factory starion setup piping and intercooler setup i took off mine seen ive upgraded., I got pics of that and my new intercooler setup if you would like to see them., you will have change your turbo to if your running standed turbo because you have to turn your compressor housing which will stuff up your wastegate mounting unless you make new mounting bracket. :)

dont bother unless you put a top mount on if there is enough room that is as it just wasnt designed for it the lag is unbearable as they need to sit outside the engine bay :)
lag?

Says you.. never mind the hundreds of Starion owners which can vouch otherwise.
You probably have one of the stupidly large 'look at me' intercoolers and oversized 3" piping.
I'm running a standard JDM E39A Galant VR-4 intercooler (same size as evo1-3) with 2" piping and I noticed no extra lag, even if there was lag it would be far worth it for the huge decrease in intake temperatures, and being able to run more boost to compensate.

This is how i did mine its all completed now lagg it got very little but would not say unbearable lag it's got a 20g turbo on it to. top mount would be rubbish you mite as well run no intercooler i would rather put up with a little lagg rather than constant engine heat bombarding the intercooler making it useless.

i used 2" standard starion pipeing and intercooler now resorted back to no intercooler and an upgrade to a evo 1,2,3, turbo with a 20g turbine witch spools up a lot faster and no lag
