Yes, Al. Got it from a few sources on the US sites. the -10 means that is sits out more to fill the rear guards. The 9" rear wheels have 0 offset which will have the wheel sit only 2.7mm further out that the rear 8" wheel.

_______________Width("s)'___mm___Offset__Front Spacing__Rear Spacing___Tyre Size___Rolling Diameter
Stock WB front_____7"______177.8___+18______70.9_________106.9______205/55/16______631.9
Stock WB front_____8"______203.2___+18______83.6_________119.6______205/55/16______631.9
Stock WB Rear_____8"______203.2___ -10______111.6_________91.6______225/50/16______631.4
Stock WB Rear_____9"______228.6____+0______114.3________114.3______245/45/16______626.9

Also, the maximum front wheel backspace for (AUS) Starions is about 130mm and the rear is about 150mm depending on suspension settings.

EDIT: Added US factory tyre sizes

Hmm, that's really weird to have it like that. I would have thought you'd want the track almost the same between models regardless of rim width *shrugs*

well it would kinda defeat the purpose of a widebody if widebody wheels sat inside a narrowbody perfectly. Im curious as to what they did with the fronts the hub must sit further out or something?

I believe all the changes from narrow to wide body was in the hubs, front and rear. Suspension arm etc from what I know are the same. Hence LSD's bolting straight in.

I believe that there is a 1" difference. I can't recall exactly how this is so, but I do recall reading this on one of the US forums a while ago.

widebody front hubs do sit out 1" further than narrow body.
The lower control arms are 1" longer, the steering linkage compensates and the strut housing assembly 'angles' the knuckle different to restore geometry.
Thats why I only changed the rotor and calipers on the front.

According to LxS the lower control arms are the same (she did the conversion JA to widebody)? Anyhow I have both so I guess I can confirm it for myself (and everybody else) :?

Bodeo (Troy) put WB struts, hubs and stuff on his car and it increased the track. I don't think he replaced control arms

"Confirm it" implies measuring :D Maybe I will leave it for a few days before I post the answer now

oscar-the-grouch has these wheels on offer direct from the USA, so his prices might be an indication of a possible price ;)

When is the car going to be ready for a cruise?
