Very nice, I am thinking 160-180 rwkw should see it run a low 13, high 12 with only 920kg :)
It isn't a drag car but I think it helps a build to shoot for certain figures

a friend of mine with an EX Lancer and 2.0 SOHC multipoint recently got about 184kW at the rear wheels on 16psi from a TD05H-1G turbo from an Evolution E39A Galant VR-4 or Lancer Evolution 1-3.
His basic mods are:
Starion block with Evo7 85.5mm oversized pistons, rods machined to accept 22mm gudgeon pin, arp rod bolts and head studs
FWD Galant/Sonata 8V head which had been ported
FWD manifold flipped upside down rather than cutting and shutting throttlebody ends, VR-4 throttlebody
Haltech LS-1 coils
Link G3 ECU
510cc injectors
Walbro 550hp external fuel pump
TD05-16G on stock exhaust manifold, ported
He had previously made 134kW on 10psi with a TC06 and smaller RX-7 front mount intercooler.
