The rally cam you seek can be found at wade cams in Melb.
call them they have the fectory hks master copy , just as for the starion rally cam , they will know , that is the only cam grind they have for the starion . Every few years they pull it out , as it is hardly ever asked for .
last price was $80 bucks a re grind. the cordia cam is also used if your cam is shot and you can't find another.

no billets available as far as i know, camtech say they have to be made at an extra cost of $800 if you want anything bigger than stage 2...
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

I used a Camtech stage 2 cam as the new billets are no longer available and this was the biggest they could do with a regrind. I originally was after the stage 3 cam but the guy from Camtech suggested it wasn't really worth the extra effort and money unless I had a specific purpose for it in mind. Anyhow with the stage 2 cam and a hefty dose of extra boost, I lost a bit of power down low but made 30% more power up top.
the wade grind is not a small cam when tweeked with an adjustable cam gear , and re worked rocker gear .
in its day this grind was made to work with twin pot injection .
now imagine when you have m/point,a good ecu, upgraded fuel system at hand , along with modern dyno.
it can work magic with a 34mm ported td05/20g.
using something tried and tested by the racing teams of yesteryear with power well over 300hp back in the 80's and then add a modern touch , this cam is more than enough for just about any thing . tune down low or crank the gate higher , just remember to use your adjustable cam gear along the way.

A reground cam is still a small cam , 300 hp at the flywheel is easy , I did that with a stock cam , 300 hp at the wheels I just hit with a regrind cam , before I bined the sohc , after that it just hit a wall and didnt want to more pwr , even with more boost , if I retarded the cam timming it would have made it more lagey , It could of picked up top end but at the cost of driveabilaty .

300@wheels is what they made back in the day , not f/w power.
lag would be would be due to what ever turbo you used. the advancing and retarding factor come at other changes aswell, fuel inj size ,ignition type etc.
so did you use this cam or another one ? what mods were done to car?
i have found this cam to be more than great , turbo spools very early and rips right past 6800 with ease . the specs for this cam are below. the secrect to this so called little cam is in the clearances and duration. dont expect miracles with a stock motor , but with the right stuff this will get you some very good power and best of all some street manners . i dont mean to offend ,but please dont ask for power figures im too old to play the numbers game . to get an idea run the specs matched to a modded 20g with 560 injectors @16psi to any competent tuner and he will give you an idea on what i mean.

is it worth upgrading cam if i don't plan on pushing the engine past 6k rpm?
