nah u got it all wrong, its fooly hektik uleh!
4 litres seemed to work pretty well on gary's, made 286 hp at the wheels with just a GT28.. would be better with a GT30 though :beer

Whats the diffrence between the vr4 custom pleneum inatke manifolds you see on ebay that has like 4 inches in lenght of runner's than the actual plenum champer itself. And the comparison to these single cam engines with intake runners more like 30cm's in length than the plenum chamber.

to cut a very long story short, long runners = more bottom end, short runners = more top end. it all depends on so many variables that u cannot simply compare one brand to another. the only way to truly know what is best is to fit each type to your car and dyno tune it, and compare results..
