only 12 were ever made by HKS... only a few still exist (you wont find one).
Someone on the american forums was going to make copies but i dont think that got off the ground
-JA Starion with JD bits , Forged engine, Heaps of mods (parked up)
-BFII XR6 Turbo Ute , Here comes 400hp for 2k :p
-77 Mazda 323 drag car. 13bt rotary project.

I was under the impression that they are a 2.6L 8v, not a 16v? Thats if its the same engine as used in Pajero, Sigma, Magna etc. Otherwise every sigma and magna modifier would be screaming out for these engines...

sigma/magna modiers can scream as much as the like but with HKS doing a whole production run of 12 of these after market heads the chances of getting one is less than winning tattslotto
and you would need a tattslotto win to pay for one

but thats life

I was told that one complete engine was sold to Sakura in Puete Rico for over US$10K.
Thats way out of a mere mortals range unfortunately.

I am sure that someone on the US forums was planning a production run of the modified twin cam 4G54B head to suit forced induction (and possibly to avoid patent/copyright laws). Not sure how far that went.
