Injector flow?
A pulsed flow test is only more relevant if you are running out of injection time. The injector drive in the injector flow machines are not peak and hold so injector dead time is not nesscessarly comparable to when driven by the ECU. Then again depends on the ECU. Typical factory setup using inline resistor to limit current will open the injector slower than a peak and hold driver. If you really want to see an injector open quickly have a look at the FSI Bosch direct injection (in cylinder) fuel starts to flow within 100uS because they use a 100V drive to open the injector real quick.

Cookie,
should be able to leave it on the same setting. It's only some "throttle body" types (not Starion they are normal) lower resistance injectors around 2 ohms and that have a low impedance that need higher drive current. Motec used to sell (maybe they still do) a "351" injector that needed high current drive.
