theres a few more, just click on the search button just below the main black navbar, enter a keyword, choose technical as your forum and you'll get 10 more.. these are a good start though.

Sorry but none of those links actually provide any camshaft
specs. Stage 1,2 or whatever doesnt mean anything. I would
like to see actual numbers ie duration, lift etc of camshafts
that work well on these type of engines.

no reason to be sorry. :) but this is the desired effect as opposed to an open ended question u've gone ahead and read the material avaiable and come up with something new.. anyhow. I have no idea as per ur question, but someone else might?? :P

I'm not sure what would be the go for your 2000

I have ordered a 296 deg 112 lob sep .470" lift for my 2.6 build which is a bit milder than the N/A cam spec I use
this should have usable power to 7000 with a 2.6
