I know of a Starion, NZ New model, $1000

But can't come up with $1000. Only thing that is really wrong with it is the turbo seals, and it leaks power steering fluid from the pump ($20 fix).

Its either a JA or JB, can't remember, older than mine though.

Re: How did you organise shipping? I need to send a package to the US - weighs 23kg and cheapest quote so far is $330.

I organised thru work and put it on our DHL account.
Australia Post may do it, their limit is 20 kgs but they can do bigger. Can it be broken in to smaller parts?

Remember also you guys would only need the diff internals, not the whole unit. Might save some weight.

if any one of u guys come across an LSD, for a good price (Around $3-400) let me know as Im keen on getting one also, and as I get free shipping from Auckland it makes the whole thing a breeze (assuming I can find one)....

I'm tempted to use the money from the Galant sale to purchase this $1000 NZ New Starion, take the LSD for myself, then sell it as parts or resell the car. Would cost $500 to fix, resale $3000. Sounds like a plan.

Anyone wanna buy a Galant?

You'll need to check it first, not all NZ New starions had LSD's, and quite a few of them have been pinched... they are still really really REALLY hard to find around here... :(. There is a brand new one in chch at a place called MPI, would be a direct swap into a 4 stud car, they want $1000 for it however.
