Holset Turbos ?

I'm from the U.S. and I was looking for any info on a holset hx30 turbo. I was wanting to put one on my Conquest. Is there anyone who makes a header for our cars to fit a hx30? Will they even work on our cars?

Hi,
Holset turbos are pretty thin on the ground around here. I would suggest a Garrett (need to change manifold) or a upgraded Mitsubishi turbo.

I tought that someone in Australia would have nolage of these turbos considering they are made there.I can get one for 200 U.S dollers that is in great shape.

You can get a Holset Garrett T04 turbo in the US but it is a bit pricy. I think it is like $1,100 USD and it bolts straight onto the DSM manifolds. I am in the process of seeing if it bolts directly onto the starions.

flappa is correct Holset is a UK company as far as I know. Certainly they have never been made here, at least for automotive use.

Holset are very heavily involved in Diesel type applications in Aus. ie. Transport/Earthmoving
