Beware that widebody struts use a different spindle angle to narrow.

I've got D2s and they are ok for me. Bear in mind that I do about 100km/year though!!!
Be serious about if you are going to track the car or not. I know I have no spare time for it, so something that I can wind down low and "bolted-in" worked for me.
Also remember that they are not ADR approved and you will get defected if pulled over. You've been happy on stock suspension for years - will a set of lowered springs do what you want (for 1/2 the price)?
