Go for the konis Deeks, atleast they can be rebuilt in years to come, saving you having to cut and weld up again.
I thought they were around 250 ea?

From memory F&R springs, cut & welded inserts, labour etc. was about $1600. Have V6 camry adjustable konis in front.

The koni inserts costed about $500ea for F & R and about $600 labour.

Hope this helps.

That labour sounds a bit steep, or was that drive in, drive out?

Should be about $100 per pair to chop, weld and fit shocks once the srtuts are out of the car.

koni seems the way to go, but at the moment i'd rather go for an ecu over shocks :( springs are doing quite nicely in the old shocks actually :P
