multicoil help

Hello from Beerwah Qld,where the starion is few and far between(my observation)wondering what kind of coils to use in a multicoil set up on wolf 3d v4 multipoint efi turbo 4g54 in stazza,i imagine there are cheap coils and the expensive but i also imagine that there a extremes in quality that dont reflect their price.I havent priced any as i thought someone might have been thru this exersise b4 .Any info on coil wiring , distributor setup etc would be appeciated IE LINKS ETC,oh yeah im not spending zillions on her ,if i dont have to,IS IT WORTH DOING is i suppose the first question.???
