weird electronic problem ?

My starion JB was in a garage for a month and after that:
My headlights won't pop-up, fuses are fine, relays work, motors are ok, also my heater won't work as well, doesn't turn on, what could be the problem ? everything else work fine 10x

Turn the lights on , put your hand up underneath the bumper up into the back of a light and give everything a bit of a jiggle .

He's probably on the money there...

I had a pop up light that refused to work. Traced it to some bad wiring under the light.

But for some reason the guy before me had cut the red and blue wires for both head lights and swapped them? Why? Now they are red to blue and blue to red? Anyway I left them like that, resoldered the joins and they work.
