Yeah. I watched him do the top end and timing, but since I had no idea what I was looking at, I don't know if anything else was dodgy. I have some different parts for the crankshaft sprocket, but they don't correspond to the pulleys that fit on top. There is a flange in there that can move around, and I don't think it should (why the edge of the timing belt is getting chewed). Can't see how to fix it though. I'll just have to keep an eye on it and worry about getting the rest of it fixed up.
By the way, I got my flat plates cut for the engine mounts on the 2JZ Staz - cost me a whopping $9.50 :) I'm going to work on the good car instead next week, this one is pissing me off :)
Will do. Was hoping to try and do it sometime in the next week since i'm on holiday right now. Got to go get another Sigma engine mount from the wreckers first.
