Airbox / Oil seperator hoses path ?

Post by Sigma_turbzz »

Ok on the airbox, at the bottom of it, i have the hose going to the oil pan. Is this correct?

And the factory oil seperator attached to the airbox, where does the bottom outlet go to exactly???

This is for a mates staz btw.

The bottom line off the oil/air seperator goes to the sump.

I dont think there is a line that goes from the Airbox to the sump.

Yep, there's a short metal tube mounted on the chassis rail to plug the hose onto.

its actually a pretty big hose from the airbox to the small hose thats on the chassis rail. Which then goes to the sump for some reason ? should it just be free to spill on 2 the road instead of goin 2 the sump??

And where should the bottom outlet of Oil seperater canister go? (I kno it should be going to the sump but am thinkin factory did something else instead?? )
