Dohc vr4 pistons in 4g64

Post by 4g6beat »

Ok guys i want to rebuild a 4g64 sohc and was wondering whether dohc pistons can work in a 64. My 63 was running fine with them but was wondering whether i'd encounter any issues doing the same with the 64 block. As far as i can tell it shouldn't, but want to know if anyone else has done this.

cheers.

Vic.

Sounds like its just a longer stroke.
