fuel pressure regulators

hey guys,
I'm wondering what sort of fuel pressure regulator i should buy as im going to be running 25-30PSI and i have no idea about good or bad ones...
any help would be great :)

probably nothing but i was unsure what boost level they will operate correctly up till etc...

As Al said, stock will work just fine.
You probably only need an adjustable one if you are stretching the limits on injectors with flow and %duty cycle and adding a bit of extra pressure will compensate you by forcing more fuel in without having to get bigger injectors. If you right size the injectors from the get go an adjustable FPR makes jack of difference.

most people simply use them when there fuelling system isnt up to the task to bump the base pressure up a little to give a bit more fuel, which is really a bandaid fix
adj fuel pressure regs also work well if your fuel system is much larger than stock (big flowing pump etc) as you may find the stock fpr simply cant flow enough fuel to keep the pressure down resulting in over fueling

I've heard rising rate FPR's are good if you need to flow a LOT of fuel at the top end and still get a decent idle out of big injectors.
