Ixnay, I'm concerned over that rubber hose for your turbo water lines. It gets bloody hot right there and I fear you will melt those hoses very quickly. Try and use hard line (ie stainless) into and out of the turbo - at least til you get away from the turbine housing. Speedflow make some fittings that allow flanged stainless hardline to be used. Far better than unprotected rubber.
For whats its worth I destroyed my brand new TC motor when a clamp holding the line from the turbo wasnt done up tight enough and the hose worked loose. I didnt pick up on the problem until too late (1 lap at E/Creek = less than 2 mins of running time) and the damage was already done so I know how quickly you can lose water from the turbo and the motor can be gone before you know it.
Looks good anyway man, doing a good job :beer

Its being rebuilt as we speak - should have it back this week then I can fit up all the ancilliary stuff again. Its copped a hone, exhaust valves, rings, bearings. All trashed in less than a minute. Fortunately no damage to block but the head got a little out of shape and needed a skim as well.
I got out light I reckon. Still as Oldie says gotta keep going, nothing like pulling a motor and rebuilding it 3 weeks after installing it but it'll be as good as new in no time.
Sorry to briefly hijack your thread Ixnay, now back to business boys and girls :beer
