Hello all

Just wondering if there will be any national meets in the future as I will love to take a trip out there and what better excuse than a meet to get to know some of the guys I have dealt with over the years.

Wont be able to bring my car though. :?

I'm sure whatever state you land in will accomodate you whole heartedly. As for a national meet, it's been on the cards for a while but distance is a major hurdle here. You may have to do with lots of minimeets.

Yeah come to QLD. We have so far had the largest amount of Staz's at one meet. I think about 22ish? :D

But yeah, we will always have mini meets, so just shout out before you come over.

As for the National Meet. I dont' think we will ever get to decide on a location to have it :(

derek had an awesome idea for a national meet but everyone slammed the idea about being to far. he was organising poeple that where closer to pay extra to help out for fuel money. but no one seemed intrested

I still think that this is an ok idea.

Canberra seems the most likely place to have it??
Nations capital, inbetween everything?? Thats why it was created right??
Im from adelaide and would rather drive there than to the end of the earth aka brisbane!

I see the dillema !

Same as here in California.... I actually offered a while ago to pay for Motel acomodations (2 persons per room) to ANYONE who drove more than 2 hrs to were I am (The middle of the state so it made sence to me) and I got NO TAKERS ! But I know Australia is one HUGE country so its like driving cross country here in the US, and if your Staz's are as reliable as ours then I dont blame you for not wanting to drive more than out of state.

So I guess I will have to plan things around 3 or 4 states or destinations within Australia....

Never been to Oz so it will deffinately be a treat. Will feel wrong sitting on the left side of the car and not have control of the steering and gas pedal !
I will let all know when and were I will be threating to visit so you all can lay out the red carpet :D

im still keen on a starion cruise no matter how far the trip is! just have to make sure i take a week or more of annual leave for it :D

How many years is this going to take?

I am happy with Sydney. I will take 2 weeks off and visit rellys down there at the same time. But with a morgage I may not be able to do it for a little while now. Maybe a years time :p Actually scratch that. 2 years for me. I have to have the honey moon next year. :x

Oscar dont forget to pack a few lsd's into your luggage as well.

If we have it in canberra all the people up north near cairns will have a long way to go. No matter where we are going to have it there is going to be someone will far away.

Woody - you could make the starion meet your honeymoon :P, that would be commitment to starions.

Bring some LSD rebuild kits!!! Not sure if these are yours but i did 3 rebuilds from the USA last year that were Fugged!

We could do a state to state cruise, that would be fully sick!...or even better, World Wide!!!!
