Hi guys, I'm still really keen to get this track day happening. I will become a member of HSCC (http://www.hobartsportingcarclub.org/) shortly but I'm very new to all of this. I don't know how we go about getting our cars on the track, do we need to make a booking or do we just rock up on a 'free practise' day?
Any of you guys still up for it?
Cheers,
Nick :beer

To find out if you can turn up for a practice day (that is, to find out if there is no events booked) call Des, the Baskerville caretaker 62492071. He will take bookings for the day you would like.
approx $100 for a practice day (per driver) if you don't have your CAMS licence.
approx $50 (per driver) if you have a CAMS licence (level 2-S CAMS licence is $79 per year and that lets you do trackdays and any speed events on tarmac but not gravel. You need to be a member of a car club to get a CAMS licence http://www.cams.com.au/)
