Well, we're off to Targa High Country again next weekend (9-11 Nov).
After electrical faults stopping us in the past 2 THC's, we are determined to get to the top of Mt Buller on Sunday arvo, even if we have to drag it up there.
I hope to have plenty of video from this event & will post up links when they've been uploaded.

In short, a disaster only completing 5 of 17 stages
Electrical issue stopped the water pump from operating, overheated while waiting in line at stage 3 on Saturday.
We let it cool down over the next 4 hours & rejoined for the last 2 stages of the day; went really well for those final 2 stages on Saturday.
Again went well for first stage on Sunday, but started missing really bad & a bit smoky while waiting in line for stage 2, and that was the ball game.
Loading it onto the trailer Monday morning it was smoking & missing really bad.
Haven't looked at it since we got home but the engine is coming out soon for a diagnosis.
Maybe 4th time lucky in 2013???

Which one? :x or :glare: or

Sorry to hear Jeff. Hope the diagnosis is relatively easy to fix.

Another year :flush.

Not having much joy...and you can't go blaming the old factory ECU setup.

I'd be so frustrated by that but it's the moments of brilliance you do have that'll keep you hanging in there.

Jeff, sorry to hear about the continuing run of bad luck. As Dick Johnson once said, "He had so much bad luck, that if he had a pet duck, it would drown"
