Wish we had these down south.

The closest we seem to get to that at a grassroots level is CAMS Carnival which was supposed to be in Echuca. The street sprint planned got cancelled due to insurance issues...I'm guessing cost.

So to did the whole event for last year. They may run it later this year...wouldn't hold my breath though...

How do you Queenslanders get away with it?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

I noticed while working in FNQ (Townsville) That O H & S is, lets just say very relaxed! Almost like it's a new thing that they think wont take off, so why get too involved LOL LOL

A couple of years ago, we went racing at Palmyra Dragway in Mackay. The test and tune the night before the ANDRA meeting wasn't ANDRA sanctioned, just their own insurance. Lets just say it was eye opening. The starter was wearing thongs, stubbies and had a XXXX in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Kids out on the track on bikes etc.

On the way out to our Hotel, we asked the Manager of the track what he would do if Workplace Health & Safety showed up, he then proceeded to show us the shotgun he had under the counter and said, tell em to f*ck off!
