Starions hitting the Australian Tarmac Rally scene

We now have a couple of Starions appearing on the tarmac rally scene; Bill Lakstins car is now in the hands of David Rowe & is entered in the Supaloc Classic Targa Adelaide event this September (14-17) and, of course, I'm entered again in Targa High Country this November (4-6).
Bill has indicated that David was planning on entering High Country, but as yet I haven't seen him on the entrants list; be cool to have 2 Starions in the one event.

After Day 1, David is currently 22nd in Classic Outright & 18th in Late Classic Handicap.

I knew a David Rowe. This isn't the same David Rowe who used to end-over-end Escort rally cars and went and worked for Prodrive in the UK?

Final results:
Bill in his VH SS Commodore finished 13th & David in the Starion finished 20th both in Outright Classic, which are outstanding results.
