my car is no where near as quick as yours Mr. TC Stroker :P

but I would love to learn from you. Wantsom gave us a few tips at the go kart meet, and just those few things helped me immensely. Nothing beats the words of the wise.

What words of wisdom did you hear & apply Thrash?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...

well the most effective one was to lean out on the turns.. carried much more speed through the turns, and also being able to brake much later, and in some cases not even needing to brake anymore! double whammy with this one! Such a simple thing, but profound effect.

then there were two specific turns that i was having a lot of dramas with..

one of them was a hairpin from memory - Greg said that you almost drift around it after a quick dab on the brakes. This worked wonders. I was passing people on this turn now when previously everyone was passing me at that exact point.

the other one i couldn't quite figure out, but that was more my inability to feel when the tyres were "biting" as greg described. either that or i was just doing it completely wrong and the kart never bit the track like it was meant to.

Edit - this is for go karting, not full bodied cars.

And here I was thinking this was advice about punting a Starion...

Leaning out on turns in a Starion is not a lesson I'd want to take!!
