The parking one you could proberly do in a RWD. Put it nose in and hope that when you light it up, it dials up sideways in the direction you want it to go!!! Statistically you have 50% chance of getting it right!
When you hit the tree between the headlights that’s understeer. When you hit the tree between the tail lights that's oversteer!

Probably better as parking next to a gutter will have the road surface grade towards it.
