Gear Change Issue : ))
JB Starion. The problem is very awkward. The GEarbox is ok. I got myself a new OEM clutch, OEM Master and Slave cylinders. After the installment, I bled the air out as it has to be done : )). Nevertheless I change gears very hard, and sometimes I need to press the clutch more than once so I can chan...

Re: turbo oil feed pipe leak and other misc problems
just replace it with new ones, or replace your oil. regarding the power steering leak, remove the pump or replace the factory hoses' ends with stronger adapters like the fuel ones

Re: Oil catch can question ?
I've read a lot about this but I could't find an answer to what I did, although I haven't started my engine yet. Many posts advise to buy an oil catch can with filter on the top. However, I still need vacuum for the oil mist. So I put an oil filter on the valve cover oil mist exit, and I'm going to...

The 2 of the 3 motors I've removed them from (the 'rangi' way), are still running fine several thousand k's later... The 3rd died from a completely unrelated cause some 30,000k's after I built it. While I had it apart again I checked the oil pump against the clearance notes from the first build, an...

Balance shaft regrind
I wanted badly to remove my balance shafts, but I've always feared from breaking my oil pump while I'm driving, cause I didnt want to use only one bearing. For that purpose I left only the balance shaft that is connected to the oil pump, but I regrinded it firstly as shown at the picture. It is now ...
