Thats true for inlet manifolds. Forced induction engines don't gain great benefits from tuned length exhaust manifolds. Most factory cast manifolds are good enough. Short to earth. That wire to the horn is an earth wire. The horn itself already has power going to it. So when u press the horn u are completing the circuit. Somewhere along that earth line you have a source of postive power touching the wire. I'm pretty sure that earth wire is attached to the steer...

There m10 x 1.25 pitch. the bolts that come out of the bellhousing are to short to fit most engine stand mounting points. the thread goes into the back of the block about 15mm. Probably go and get some m10 x 85mm bolts with 1.25mm pitch. get some m10 washers aswell.
