Al, (or anyone) Any chance I can get the size in mm of the bottom ball on the shifter without the bush on it? (ie the internal width of the bush). 14.8mm but the bush is slightly worn, so minus a point 1 or 2. Someone on here once did a "shortshifter" with a spacer and all... and pics. Do...

It looks like it's not the original shelf, the bolt is a bit of all thread that is probably supporting the weight of the speakers.

Also, looks like it has different cooling fans in the engine bay, there's the top of 2 cowls in front of the radiator. :wtf:

Plastic boss repair - How to

Hey....we've all seen it, when those plastic bosses on the back of the console, dash etc explode and leave you with nothing to screw into. I had this happen on the back of my console so I figured I would have a crack at fixing it. Here's my tale.... The dreaded exploded boss....I had one totalled an...

Another dumb thing. Have you got a jack like this? One where you turn the handle to control up and down. http://i819.photobucket.com/albums/zz112/austarion/Alspos/IMG_4243_zps2305d3b7.jpg When it's under the car and it's raised up, don't remove the handle to get access to somewhere if it's in the wa...

Gear shift bush repacement - How to

How to - Gear shift bush replacement Fairly easy to do, just a bit time consuming. Symptoms. My shifter would "buzz" when the revs were over 3-3.5k and was just plain annoying. There was also a small amount of slop in the shifter when in gear. Procedure Undo the gear knob and remove shift ...

Pipe is held in place by the brackets on pipe, they bolt up to the block. The o-ring is just a regular ring, try a bearing place for a replacement.

Also, make sure thing is clean clean clean before putting it together, the o-ring is the only seal (useless system if you ask me)
