Of course, there is an alternative approach for those about to start a twin-cam build - just fit an Evo loom and ECU/MAF/injectors. A loom from a Evo4/5/6 would do, use a 5 or 6 ECU and any Evo MAF. Or get a loom and ECU from an Evo7/8. They can be made to work. This will basicly get you into what w...

Hmm, I just tried to check how I wired mine up, but i think I must have given those folders to Adrian. Probably got it on computer somewhere though. Well, if your ECU has the pull-up capability, then you should enable that function. If not, then add the resistor, connect one end to the CAS signal, t...

It has been quite a while, but I seem to remember you need to add a pull-up resistor from the CAS signal to +5V (sensor 5 volts).
470 ohms should do nicely.

Even fuzzeyer memory, the Wolf might have an option to do this internally.

F/S - Adaptronic 420 ECU + 3bar MAP sensor + loom

I have an Adaptronic 420 ECU sitting here, it has a short loom and Bosch 3bar map sensor, for $650.

I would be willing to throw-in a dizzy and igniter pack as well if needed.

good KB stories -
back in the eightys, Bob Riley asked me to do some work on KBs Bathurst Starion, specifically to fool the stock ECU into richening or en-leaning the AFR on demand.
It was a good project and fun to work on.

Well, I got it a bit better, but need one or two more vias to get it right. Where the map is mostly wrong is we travel the full length of McCarrs Ck Rd. But it did show-up a different bit going up Elanora Rd, I had forgotton that possibility. I think its a good bit of road too, wink wink. The sensis...

Sorry about sticking the proposal in the other thread (2008 cruise).
I was not actually planning on setting "stage times" hehe.
Start time 9:30 to 10:00 latest to avoid traffic.
Those poor souls without working/roadable 4G63s can just go straight to the pub and meet-up there.

Was a good way to enjoy a sunday guys, thanks Peter and Shannon. It has inspired me to attempt to work out an interesting drive, with twisty roads, some good photo-shoot opportunities, minimal maccas, not so far out, water views, and a decent pub lunch (with views) at the finish. It would want to be...
