Latest acquisition is a red widebody starion! Bad news was the motor was seized until I fully disassembled it and will now get a semi rebuild while the body gets fixed. Finally have my dream car :)

how much you looking at man? still need the whole thing as its broken in the middle.

mine looks exactly like that red widebody with the blanking plates for the grille where the indicators are usually in the normal aus spec starions.. so yeah that grille i could use of a normal one it would just have non functioning indicators in the grille as the indicators being used are the round ...

also i am unsure of the previous owner of the vehicle.. yet to find it out. dave might know? if i can be put in touch with him to find out some history on this beast then that would be appreciated to.

yeah i've picked up this widebody euro spec 1988 starion. any way i can get in contact with nxtime? also in regards to the grille can i use a normal jb/ja grille and just not connect a bulb or wiring for the indicators originally in it? i guess ill have to look on yahoo japan.. but i know these part...

Hey Guys. Looking for in particular the right hand front guard, skinny long grille, nose cone, front bumper, rear bumper and air dam to suit a widebody starion. Might end up using my jb front bar with another airdam on the front but seeing if anyone in australia has some of the more integral parts.....

I would've thought running a thicker/stiffer swaybar's would actually help you gain less bodyroll?

yeah know your pain mate.. i just have to many cars and have a average income and not enough time to work on my old girls.. really need to take a extended holiday and just get stuck into one so i can drive a starion again... sigh.

oh well there you go... sounds like your sils were in alot better condition then my import's sil's! you just enjoying the car as of late? (Wish i could do that...)

oh also removed the hoodlining tonight on the track stazz and noticed the rust on the roof has been plated from the inside and not even cut to the right hole size.. looks so dodge, can't believe people actually go to the effort to weld something in but won't cut the rust completely out and kill it a...

Yeah thats what iim thinking dave.. From what i've been told this gsr has been sitting since last properly registered/driven back in 2009... So plan is to drop the tank.. drain the fuel, clean the tank out well and proper.. then if the fuel pump is buggered like i suspect then i'll invest in a walbr...

Today i managed to get the factory thermo's from a ja/jb/jd swapped into this originally equipped clutch fan gsr III working today, wired straight into the ignition so its constantly on when ignition is on.. Wasn't working when we wired it into the coolant sensor at the bottom of the radiator so wen...
