if you're going to make two you may as well make three or more as I would definitely be keen but unfortunately don't have a spare crossmember sitting around to use. Could be a way to keep individual costs down if a bulk load of them are done at once?

I've often just removed the ball (14mm tube socket) and placed a 1-2mm washer underneath. Seems to do the trick.

what exactly do you mean by can't get them on, are you able to be more specific? Ie are the caliper bolts not lining up, are the pads spread apart enough to get the caliper with pads even over the disc rotors? if you can't get the caliper with the pads fitted over the rotors you need to wind in the ...

that does seem quite stiff I had 9kg and 8kg springs in the Eterna and they were a little on the stiff side especially on the fronts, while in the Galant (with about 50kgs less) they were noticeably stiffer.

tried looking at HH and HG Galants with the SOHC MPI motor also? shame you didn't post this up earlier when I was still in NZ last week, could have got one from one of the many Galants at pick a part there!

ACL pistons generally aren't forged - they will just be newer than the others. Assuming this is for the SOHC engine, 63T are the 7.6:1 pistons while the 63TS are the 8.5:1 pistons.

basically all EFI Mitsubishis from the 80s and 90s run the same fuel filter. It's quite convenient.
