I know on mine(4g63) I have carefully removed the rubber boot and used a torch to have a quick inspection. The throwout arm that comes through that boot runs on a small ball pivot, can come off, or the arm could be broken, bent? worth a 5min check

I have a hyundai fuel rail here with suspiciously similar looking injectors, light brown tan, which I believe are more in the range of 230cc I believe,as stated you'd need the number off the side to be sure. Every vr4 injector I have ever seen has been bright blue- 450cc

The stock TC06 is capable of making decent power, especially if flowed/ported out, there is a writeup showing what's involved somewhere on this forum. but generally the td05h-big16g is the turbo that you want, most agree is a good match for the starion

Left Rear Brake Caliper.... anyone got a spare?

Does anyone have a passenger side rear brake caliper in working order, the handbrake mechanism in mine has stopped working, everything moves as it should but does not grip brake disc. Any help appreciated

I run 225 on the fronts with manual steer, no probs. Driving with dead power steer will also flog out the uni-joint rubber input knuckle above the steer box.

Is there a manual speedo cable kit available for these transmissions? Otherwiswe a PIC or similar microcontroller could be used to count the pulses from the gearbox reluctance sensor and control the speed of an electric motor.
