It looks like its mounted using the three bolt holes that usually mount the heat shield for the brakes, would that be enough? Yup just those 3 holes. Im gonna check with the engineer who is certing the car whether the...

Finally I the time to test the new brakes. My first impression is that I dont need a upgraded master brake cilinder. The stopping power is awsome!

@perrinsohc, I dont feel any difference in brakepedal. A friend of mine with also the same brake setup has put more drivingmiles with the brakes and also said to me that the masterbrake upgrade isn't necessary. I'm going to the garage tomorrow for the MOT, I'll let you know how it feels. Gr, Martijn.

Nice to read how someone else builds his 16V conversion! I like your gearbox conversion.

It looks like they did some work to your crank, but they did very little work. http://members.multimania.nl/turbo2000/hpbimg/Cranck.JPG Stock crank. http://members.multimania.nl/turbo2000/hpbimg/engineshop-069a.JPG Knife edge crank. http://members.multimania.nl/turbo2000/hpbimg/engineshop-070a.JPG G...

The inlet manifold is from a 1G Eclipse. We had to reweld the intake so that we could fit the throttlebody.

The difference between 1800 and 2000 are the 1800 has an I/C and some body details. Its not wise to give full throttle in a corner, because the back is very tail happy. The big advantage is that i've got an LSD, before the LSD, one of the rear wheels kept on spinning which isn't much fun. The few LT...
