(RANT) the springs are there to hold the car off the ground, the shocks control the springs if your car bounced all over the place then your shocks were rooted,unless you did sommat reel smart like cutting the springs which would have f****d any spring. did you get lowered ones and the car was sitti...

you could just give the coil a good clean with metho or carby cleaner, just make sure it has all evaporated before you start the engine :D :roll:
