Just reviving my hijacked thread. I've noticed the turbo manifold that came with the engine wants to mount the thing upside down. What manifolds are people using on their VR4 conversions?

Could you outline what you did? Is it still routed to the back of the head? More pics would make it clearer.

if you're not in a major rush i'll be doing a run of twin cam specific conversion parts in the new year. like power steer brackets for twin cam on starion block, water fittings, exhaust manifolds etc I'm hoping to have this thing done within a couple weeks, but I'll be interested once I start doing...

I've read the twincam sticky. I'm currently in the middle of doing the conversion. Old engine is out of the car and I'm getting ready to drop in the twincam. Problem is, I've noticed the back of the head has an opening where it looks like some waterlines should be mounted. I'm not sure if I can bloc...

Gadget, does your Red 2.6 starion have Lotus 16inch mags, a US starion intercooler and a Wolf3D v4.0 ems? If so, i think you've bought my old car.
There's a few simple mods that can be done to it to get more power.
