i work for super cheap auto. were can get a few through them i've got a hks one on order but they are pretty exy. autotechnica make 2 size the 425x300 x 80 or 590x300x80 the big one retails around the 600 mark and the smaller about 500 i think of the top of my head. they are both bar and plate coole...

the torque tube is the thing attached to the front of your diff

i had a similar noise come from mine and it was the bearing inside the torque tube. it used to make a banging noise sometimes other times a grinding/ wurring noise.

no not any off those its white. yeah not sure how the car with run off boost. it was a bit lazy before on the standards so it will only be worse. but i went with them cause i cracked the head above the 3rd cyl from valve to valve then across to the plug hole then across to the jet valve. nasty peice...

it was alot easier to post it up there but when i get around to it i put it up on here too.
