Hi, seen mentions of fitting other turbos in place of the standard unit, s what i'm really asking is; does it spool up quicker/later? make a noticeable power difference etc? thanks

Oh really, how do you do it? only way ive ever done it is by compressing the spring (with valve spring compressor) by holding the valve 'head' and releasing the colletts, thanks seb

So around 275 sounds good? ;) I'm not taking the head off at the moment to change valve springs, but i f i do in the future i will bare this in mind, thanks

Car is basically standard, apart from sweeping downpipe, k and n filter with drilled airbox, 'chipped' ecu, and manual boost controller, turbo and ic are standard items. thanks

Hi, i'm getting my camshaft sorted out, any recommendations on amount of lift? Car is used on the road during the summer months, want some reasonable gains, but also want to be able to drive he car and have it idling to a certain degree ha, thank you

I have a found a place that can do a regrind for me, whats the best duration to go for in your experiences? the car is used on the road, so dont want it struggling to idle etc, thank you

Hi sorry to hijack the thread, im over in the uk, im struggling to get hold of any nb struts to fit my d2's to, what would be the difference if i was to fit wb struts/axles to my nb? Is it significant camber? etc can i get around it by changing to wb lower arms too? many thanks

Thanks guys. forgot to add they are the wb rears all round ie 8j et-10. Tyres were basically new when bought, the inner edges are now gone though, i know there is play in the steering box, but most the slack was taken up by turning in the adjustment screw, i check through all balljoints etc and this...

Hi all, have an 87 narrowbody starion I have fitted to it starion wb rims all round, with 205/50/16 up front and 225/50/16 rear. Now the problem is, the car feels unstable at higher speed, i.e from 50/60mph up etc, car tends to wander all over the road as if the steering is loose? and under braking ...
